On June 28th, we joined the Congressional LGBTQ+ Equality Caucus for a briefing on the need for inclusive family definitions in supportive policies such as paid leave. ABB Staff Attorney Cassandra Gomez joined the briefing to highlight the need for policies that allow workers to care for their loved ones regardless of biological or legal relationship, which is especially critical for LGBTQ workers.
