Berkley became a Policy Fellow in A Better Balance’s Southern Office in 2024, after obtaining her MPA from the University of Georgia. She also holds a B.A. in International Affairs from the University of Georgia, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude.
Berkley’s passion for policy research began as a research assistant at the University of Georgia’s Department of International Affairs. She further developed her expertise as a graduate research assistant at the Carl Vinson Institute of Government, where she created curricula to bridge the gaps between emerging land use policies and the needs of Georgia practitioners. Her professional experience includes internships at A Better Balance, United Way Worldwide, The British Standards Institute, and the International Rescue Committee.
Berkley lives in Atlanta, Georgia, and is a proud member of the Atlanta Young Nonprofit Professional Network and Pi Alpha Alpha Honor Society.
